2. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products to consumers through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. They complement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
3. Products
The main characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Sip Sister stickers are designed to help detect GHB in drinks. They are not designed to detect other substances, and a result that does not change color does not guarantee that a drink is safe. Each sticker is single-use.
Product photos are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly from the actual product.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of your country or region and are fixed at the time you place your order. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed before you confirm your order. Free shipping applies when stated on the website or at checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the one displayed when your order was confirmed.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. We may cancel an order in case of a payment problem, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; in that case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is made at checkout using the methods displayed. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivery usually takes 9–15 business days depending on your location. These times are estimates. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
8. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at infoclientssticker@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision.
For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to stickers that have been removed from their sealed sheet or used, where permitted by law.
9. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied, contact us within that period and we will explain how to return the product for a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy.
10. Legal Guarantees
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code), in addition to any commercial guarantee.
11. Liability
Sip Sister stickers are an additional precaution and do not replace personal vigilance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights.
12. Personal Data
Personal data collected when you place an order is used to process and deliver it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disputes and Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. In case of a dispute, please contact us first so we can try to find a solution. If no solution is found, you may use a consumer mediator or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, or bring the matter before the competent courts.
