4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Tracking information may take several business days to update after shipment.
5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, EchoWood cannot guarantee address modifications.
Additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect information may be the responsibility of the customer.
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation lies with the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
EchoWood is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
