These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hushbloom website and your purchases from us ("Hushbloom", "we", "us"). By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Our products

We do our best to display our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please check our size guide on the product page before ordering. All products are subject to availability.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include all taxes that must legally be displayed. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues or any other legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be fully refunded.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered in about 1-3 weeks, depending on your location. Shipping is free and tracked. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers or events outside our control. You will receive a tracking link when your order ships. 5. Returns, refunds and 90-day guarantee

We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: you have 90 days from delivery to request a full refund. To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for details. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any legal rights you have as a consumer, including any legal right of withdrawal.

6. Safe use of our products

The Cuddle Hoodie is designed to carry babies from about 3 months, up to 22 lb (10 kg). The product is not a substitute for adult supervision. Always keep your baby's face visible and airway clear, keep a hand on your baby when bending over, and do not use the product while cooking over open flames, driving, riding a bicycle or doing any activity that could put you or your baby at risk. Stop using the product immediately if it shows signs of damage. You are responsible for using the product according to these instructions and for your baby's safety.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Hushbloom name, logo, images, texts and designs, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hushbloom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
